CEILHIT, S.L.U. is a company dedicated to the manufacture of heating cables and mats, as well as the marketing of heating products.

In 2025, the company will celebrate its 50th anniversary. Based on our longstanding tradition and the high-quality standards demanded by our customers over the past five decades, we understand that the quality of our products and services, as well as our responsible approach to customer needs and safety, is a prerequisite for our competitiveness and success.

Our small team requires a high level of training, versatility, and strong commitment, both to daily tasks and to continuous improvement of our processes. Through ongoing training and staff qualifications, improvement of processes and techniques, and regular controls and analysis of results, we continue to enhance our Quality Management System (QMS). This enables us to ensure full commitment to the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of ISO 9001 standards.

Preventing defects across all activities, early identification of potential causes, and effective risk assessment in all processes form the foundation of our operations. A high level of quality can only be achieved if every employee, at all levels, strives to reach zero defects. We believe that innovation and continuous improvement are daily tasks necessary to ensure greater reliability and usability of our products.

The company’s management is committed to complying with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements, and to continually improving the effectiveness of the QMS by using the quality policy, quality objectives, internal audit results, risk analysis, corrective actions, improvement actions, and management reviews. We also recognize the importance of environmental protection and our corporate responsibility in the fight against climate change.

Our quality policy is based on the needs of the company and all relevant stakeholders. It is focused on continuous improvement and provides a framework for the establishment and review of quality objectives.

We aim for a quality policy that is easily accessible to all employees, that is part of our corporate culture, that serves as the foundation for all our activities—especially in training actions—and that promotes an inclusive, safe, and respectful working environment. This includes being free from harassment, discrimination, and any form of violence, fostering healthy coexistence based on mutual respect and equality, and ensuring that all employees adhere to internal policies on conduct and professional ethics.
