Heating mat 115 W/m² – 70 cm width

Over the years, we have developed a wide range of heating mats or meshes to suit the needs of each space:

The width of the heating mats ranges from 25 cm to facilitate installation in small bathrooms, to 70 cm to reduce installation times in hallways or large rooms.

The surface power ranges from 60 W/m² for well-insulated or low-energy new-build homes to 180 W/m² for bathrooms where the usable floor area (excluding sanitary fixtures) is very limited.

The cable placement spacing on the mesh can vary between 8 cm and 18 cm, depending on the linear power of the cable and the surface power of the heating mat. When the heating mat is installed just beneath the floor covering, it is recommended to use a mat or mesh with narrow spacing (8-12 cm) for better heat distribution and to avoid temperature disparities on the floor during startup. If the heating mat is covered with a few centimeters of cement or concrete, the cable spacing can be increased to 18 cm, reducing material costs.

In addition to being used as a primary heating system, the heating mat or mesh is also very suitable for creating a “tempered floor” in bathroom areas. Its main function is no longer to heat the environment but to provide the comfort of a warm floor when walking barefoot. Its easy installation allows it to be used in bathrooms, homes, or hotels with other heating systems, or in regions and countries where heating is not needed. It can be installed over the existing floor with an added thickness of 1 to 2 cm, including the placement of thermal insulation.
